HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE AND WASH MY CLOTHES ?
To maintain the quality and color of the fabrics, wash your cloches in cold water with mild soap, using the delicate cycle. Close all zippers before washing. Do not use fabric softeners. Allow to dry in the open air. Do not use bleach, do not twist, stretch, heat, place in dryer, dry clean or iron.
HOW TO START THE DESIGN FOR A SEMI-CUSTOM SUIT ?
You can download our blank template to create your own design artwork and add our ROADSTAR logo on it . Or provide the design idea to your account manager , our staffs will send the artwork for approval .
IS THERE ANY COLORS LIMITED OR FEES FOR ADDTIOINAL COLORS ?
No. ROADSTAR offers unlimited color choices. This method of heat transfer printing allows you to print all images and graphics in color. Sublimation provides crisp lines and vibrant colors. This technology allows us to be efficient while reducing costs.
CAN I SEE A SAMPLE OF MY CUSTOM DESIGN BEFORE I RECEIVE IT ?
We produce a fabric color swatches test for all personalized clothing orders. You may choose among several shades of each of the main colors for your clothes and you will also be able to confirm the choice of fabric. The color test is sent via email for approval . There is the extra shipping cost if you would like to get the physical color swatches .
IN WHAT FORMAT SHOULD I SEND MY LOGOS ?
The logos must be of the vector type, in 16 cdr , .EPS or .AI format. If you are using an image such as PNG or JPG , THE high resolution IS BETTER(300+ dpi). JPEG graphics lose quality and, as such, often print very poorly and are not recommended. If the graphics can not be obtained in vector format, contact with your account manager if it is workable to use or not .
DO YOU CHARGE FOR CUSTOM DESIGN ?
The first 3 versions of the design are free. After the 3rd version of the design, additional charges may apply. Make sure that you have all the logos and design guidelines before you start the process and to optimize the available time for your design.
DO I AM NOT SURE WHAT I WANT , CAN YOU HELP ME TO CREATE A DESIGN ?
ROADSTAR design team is quite capable of creating something specific to your needs. It is helpful to provide as much information as possible, including, but not limited to, the design style / elements, images and colors. Inspired images are also very useful to illustrate what you have in mind to our team.
DO I HAVE TO KEEP ROADSTAR LOGO ON MY PERSONALIZED CLOTHING ?
We are proud of our products and we want to ensure a homogeneity between all our products. Logos can be moved or decreased in size. If need to remove the roadstar logo on the clothing , the extra cost will be added.
WHAT ABOUT THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY REQUIRED TO PLACE AN ORDER ?
No minimum quantity required , you can start from 1pc per style.
CAN I RECEIVE THE FITTING SAMPLE BEFORE BULK ORDER ?
Yes. Once the design is approved, after deposit , roadstar provide 1pc custom design sample free to you check the quality and measurement for the order quantity up to 30pcs per style for some products , it need you pay for the shipping cost . Contact with your account manager if your products can provide the free sample or not .
WHAT IS THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO START THE PRODUCTION?
A 50% deposit is required to put an order into production. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation of the order. The balance need to be paid after the production finished before shipping .
WHAT ABOUT THE LEADTIME AFTER THE DEPOSIT ?
Production may last amaximum of 10 to 15 working days. It is very important to mention the maximum delivery date in the case of a coming event. This period begins when the design is approved, the order is received and the deposit is received.
WHAT IF I NEED TO ADD ITEMES FOR THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED ?
Please contact with your account manager to check if it is too late to add . if too late, you need to place a new order .
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME ?
At the time we ship your clothes, it takes 3 to 15 working days to receive your package. Accelerated delivery is also possible at a higher rate. Please refer to your account manager for estimated delivery costs.
HOW LONG DOES IT TO GET A FITTING SAMPLE ? ARE THERE ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SHIPMENT?
The 1pc custom design sample leadtime is 3-5 working days after design is approved . it is free after deposit for 30pcs per style order , just need you pay for the shipping cost . if you need to get the sample first then place the order , it need to be charged as 1pc order cost .
I ORDERED A PERSONALIZED CLOTHING , AND THE SIZE IS NOT MATCH , WHAT CAN I DO ?
Our clothes are made to measure, all orders are final. We do not make any additional quantities, so it's impossible to exchange. We recommend that you contact your team leader in the case that other members would be willing to make the change.
